The NFL Regional Combine and the NFL's Responsibility To The Hood: An Open Letter to Roger Goodell

Mr. Goodell,
Please let me first say that I'm sorry I missed this and forgive me for the belated response to the NFL purchasing the Elite Combine system last year. Forgive me, I was in the middle of a recession which seems to be striking the African American community quite hard and as an African American male who is part of the African American male group which has the highest unemployment rate in the country, I was quite busy focusing on my job, and not my hobbies, so that I did not add to the truly ugly statistic.

What has this to do with my answer to the NFL's purchase of this combine system? Well in a word every thing. Times are rough and many of the men who will participate in the now NFL Regional Combine system will be black, and I dare say an overwhelming number will be as I've witnessed first hand the population of and Elite Combine. And many of them will be unemployed and will have dedicated valuable resources to giving the NFL 200 DOLLARS for the right to evaluated by the NFL. This, as an aside, seems wonderfully like the NFL simply took over Elite and is merely continuing its practices. I did not have a very good experience with Elite and made that clear here in this blog which is read by many people affiliated with your league, both players and others.

A short but important word about my experience with Elite. Let me say simply that I called it the Hamster Wheel combine which was a spectacle of inaccuracies to say the least. You see when a combine makes its money ostensibly from evaluating you, it is not in the interest of the combine system to "graduate you" for obvious reasons because they get their money by having you come back. An age old adage in business is the best customer is a repeat, loyal, or core customer, even if you have to make them believe they need you. Add to that what I know about the athletic talents of the African American male in this country who has dedicated his life to dream of becoming a millionaire sports baller and Elite's promise of working out before the league in the showcase round with a limited number of spots available and you have an inherent detrimental curve. Let me be clear, there are far more many young brothers in America who could complete a combine making the grades needed than there are spots(and these posted grades have to be achievable or a man wouldn't put up his hard earned money to try.)in Indy in the Elite Combine system. So I believed then that what remains is what I saw, slower times than actual times, non warmed lifting, in order to ensure that it is not overbooked. It gave me pause and wonder about successful combine participants and their representative's relationships to Mr. Austin then owner of Elite and now Director of the NFL Regional Combines

I wont bother with more of a discussion of that poor experience it is not the point of this letter, what is is the troubling notion that a billion dollar league is taking money from poor black men who would do better to put that money to better use. And this billion dollar industry benefits directly by the entire community's dedication to achieving in that league forgoing all other dreams or opportunity. Am I saying that the NFL is responsible, accountable, for the incredible number of Black men who have the dream to be NFL Ballers? Yes, yes I am. And I'm saying this because of the overwhelming majority of the cream of the crop of the multimillion dollar earning College Football unofficial farm system and NFL ranks are Black men. Look lets be frank, in the NFL the majority of the starters are Black men committing miracles of athletic prowess who would not be doing them and thereby drawing a great number of fans with out their foundation in the culture of "Black athletic making it" dedicated to honing the skills. With out a doubt, to say that the NFL owes the black community nothing is the denial of a huge responsibility which the billion dollar league has more than enough resources to carry out.

So exactly what am I suggesting? That Black men be allowed to participate at the NFL Regional Combine for nothing? No, I don't believe that would be acceptable to either party. A more sensible and palatable thing for all concerned would be for the NFL to tie donations from the regional combine directly to charitable organizations in the black community. Not the NFL's Play 360 fund, if such a fund exists. Not the ones with the large centralized focus like the YMCA, The Boys Club, The March of Dimes. All very worthy causes, but a donation there may not serve the 'hood branch completely or even reach there. In this economy, the Non-profit sector has been challenged and strained. Here in Raleigh the well known YMCA's hood branch closed placing great strain upon the Triangle YWCA. I am certain, it is like that all across America. As a result, I urge you to look into a giving campaign to struggling community centers and the Independent branches of larger but decentralized organizations. Put the money on the ground directly in the communities where these men were born, raised and will return to work after their dream dies before you and them at the NFL Regional Combine which odds say it will because the participants will be overwhelmingly Black men and an incredible precious few will succeed to make it to Indy and the showcase round.

I know you miss me....I know you missed me bllllliiiiiiind..... I know you miss me. Yeah I know. Bad, bad 80s tune. Like Colt nation missed Peyton. Like Clay Matthews misses THE JUICE--remember I called his bad year shortly after the season in my post where I said Commish called him and said the New CBA is going to be harder on testing.(With all due respect to the GB coaches who said he was playing well...High level my ass, ya think they didn't need a pass rusher against Eli sittin' back in the pocket throwing daggers all day? Offense puts fannies in the seats but Defense wins championships..Man he wishes he could git back on the Juice...LOL!) But it's the truth. Like Peyton's neck I had to break...I just had to take a month and half break and refocus. So here I am. I know I missed givin' you all Black Beasts of the Week 15-17. You'll git'em if you care. But as you can see after much prayer and meditation the site has changed. Minimalist. Let do it. Let's git it. So now you can focus on this and I can have folks stop with the irritating web stalking. But the good news is the black beast is back and world wide. Tommora? Maybe some superbowl and playoff pics...But for now Breakin'....Sorry Peyton I can't resist. Hopin' you return soon coz I can't stand Brady.

You saw this young brother right? 1 sack for a safety, 1 sack splitting a double team, and of course Multiple hurries. He was just a load which Collingsworth couldn't stop complimenting on Thursday night football. If this had been Clay Matthews the spotter would've given him 3 sacks off top. You already know.
No matter. We know! They couldn't take away the blocked field goal to save save the game. Congrats big number 90 you are the black beast of the week!!!!

This brother put in old fashioned Black Beast work running like shades of OJ Anderson of Cardinal and Giant fame this brother went 27 for 228 with a TD. No he wasn't the fast cat, and no he wasn't the quickest brother, but he kept leaving the game in obvious pain, went back to the bench and they tightened up that big ole 1970s knee brace and he came back and did his thing. Again and again. And the running...wow. tough hard running. Period. The only thing he was missing was the OJ Anderson wind up!!! I so enjoyed this performance that I watched it twice. Oh and did I tell you it was a Cardinal record performance. Yes indeed!!! I was so hyped after it I screamed Holla at Ya Boy!!!

Roddy White Black Beast of the 2011 NFL Week 11

I know I've been remiss, but I'm back. And without hesitation lets give this Black Beast his due. I don't have a formula for my choice. I just give the award to the cat who pops right out at me usually he's playing faster with more tenacity or its some record which can not be denied.

This week it was Roddy White. Every time I turned around in the Falcon's win it was him catching the ball. Every Drive they scored in. Roddy was there. They couldn't hold him and I don't remember him dropping a single pass and precious few other Falcons caught more than a few. As the Falcons moved in for the final and Roddy plucked a dart out the air for about 20, I knew he had done it. 10 catches for 120 with 1 TD, and he was the Black Beast of the week.Congrats big brotha! I got my eye on you and you are my Black Beast of the week!

Clay Mathews Great White Hype and The Thanksgiving Turkey or Howie Long Drinking the Cool Aid

So I'm at the rest. Chillin'. Watchin' a little ball. GB and Dtroit. I'm expecting a blow out and a lotta pancakes of Clay The Great White Hype. Soooo game's a little closer than expected at the half. Only got to see one or two pancakes of Mathews where he got laid out like a Thankgiving turkey and his same ole weak pass rushing just getting there AFTER the ball leaves...7-0 at he half. Watchin' the talking heads. Howie, Mike Strayhan and Terry Bradshaw when the Mic flips to Howie and he sounds like he met Jim Jones in the green room....

Clay Mathews brings a vast array of pass rush moves and demonstartes his outstanding ability to movie in space guard against the pass. Yatta yatta yatta....

Huh? Did they miss the pancakes? And dropping back to pass GWH (Great White Hype) knocked down a ball and caught one that was thrown right to him. Did I miss something? Great White Hype made routine plays and a Hall of Famer goes crazy. Oh sure. The truth is GB's secondary is playing differently than last year so that the Great White Hype doesn't have 5 seconds to get to the QB this year. His "array" of pass rush moves are ineffective, boring, and with all due respect non existent. Please see Kamieron Wimbley Black Beast of Week 10 video for pass rush moves. With all due respect, and I know you balled out when you did your thang, but you gotta stop drinkin' the cool aid. What I see from The Great White Hype is a really bad year befitting of a cat who suddenly got off the juice and forced to play without a stiffening back end ..soon you cats will be panning the bench talking about how good Mathews looks sitting there, because somebody will realize the emperor has no clothes and tell you cats from the production booth... Will you please stop talking about a marginal performance? You make us sound racist....

How to Beat the 2011 Denver Broncos or Ain't No Damn Miracle Here, Just Bad Coaching

I'm posting this simply because I can not stand bad coaching. It is so easy to see how this team is winning, but what I don't understand is how every team keeps making the same mistakes. With out an accurate QB, the option can't win in the NFL and mark my words it wont.

So how is it that the Broncos are on a roll? Simply put poor coaching against a very bland offensive scheme. So why ain't I an NFL coach? I don't know go ask them. But I guess I could start with the first reason, I ain't white. That's not jealousy it's statistics. And don't call that a digression its the reason the black beast is here. Over 75% Black players, Over 90% white coaches and front, 100% white owners. Mark it down as truth. Now to the matter...

With all due respect to the Jets et al coaching staffs, there is one defense which will lead to an absolute shut down of the Broncos cover two zone with a spy on the TE who plays quarterback. Period. Whatever variation in your defense is this combination call it. Rush four sit back in Zone all day. Don't blitz accept outta a three man rush. Don't do a thing. No body leaves their area until the T.E. leaves the pocket. Rush three and drop back. Tell me he has Brady pitch and catch accuracy which will beat you and I'll laugh.

So why is it that teams have been losing to the Broncos? Ego. Period. "This is what we do. Man up or shut up." Whatever how ever.

Seriously? Man cover team with pressure? The minute those backers and corners turn their heads into trail...it's a wrap. Ask the Jets.

Oh and assign the DE to the QB, the middle LB to inside option man A. or B far option if no inside man, the safety and or corner to the far pitch once back hits the Line of scrim. if there is a far option man. Jes like they taught in High School. It really does work when every one follows their assignments. I promise you. I spent many an afternoon in biddy and high school in this defense limiting plays to three yards or less.

Oh and the delayed blitz with a wide route to the QB on a three man rush will work wonders for pressure.

It's just that simple.

I mean millions of dollars and you brains can't stop this? The damn Nebraska offense from the 70s? Ya gottta be kidding me. Black man would have been fired by now. They win again it's gotta be a fix. With all due respect to the Great White Mass in America wanting the Teabow Thunda show to work. There's no damn miracle here. Corners don't wanna tackle a T.E. with Regularity and you got all the D Line going for the back when Teabow is keeping it at a higher percentage than their use ta.

Seriously please stop wasting my time and play the option like it's supposed to be played. Or I'm really gonna think there's a conspiracy to create another great white hope...

Kamerion Wimbley NFL 2011 Black Beast of Week 10

This Black Beast was wonderful. Incredible. Great pass rusher. I have always loved this brother and back when I did NFL scouts job for them he was one of my ThatHeat ballers when I had a web site and chose today's all stars some 4 years ago. The list is long. Chris Johnson was my top running back that year....but I digress...I stopped that when I realized I was better at pickin' players then the NFL scouts....But this is post is not about me. It's about an incredible pass rusher and his recognition. He is officially an elite pass rusher. I can't describe it...Not when you could see it. He looks just like a Hawk! You see why I coach this move so often. Done correctly it makes you unstoppable cause it's not about speed, you ain't gotta be the fastest you just have to know what to do the moment before combat. Done correctly it's the perfect defensive turned offensive move. It's beautiful and you'll see my students do it often....Oh and there's a great bull rush in there at 5:05 from R.E. and the rest is 3:34, 7:02, 11:26 Dip and leans 4 sacks and now Black Beast of the week! Congrats! Kamerion I love watching you young blood!!

Patrick Peterson Black Beast of the NFL week 9

This brother is a true black beast, incredibly fast, incredibly agile. He uses the new aesthetic in Corner, physicality first, cover second, move your hips as little as possible. He's had penalty problems as well as coverage problems in the league. I could give him a drill to help him with his coverage and trusting what he can't see, but I'm a no body so he'll probably never listen to me so he'll just have to work that out himself. But I have no doubt he'll do so eventually and next year with his rep established he won't have the penalty problem and get the benefits that Revis enjoys in NYC wit' the Jets.

You see I've believed in this man long before he ever took a step on an NFL field. I told a good friend of mine who works in the league that the best QB in the draft was Cam Newton and we see how that's turning out. I told him that the next best pick was....You guessed it. Patrick Peterson and today we can say we see how that is turning out. P Dub has 3 returns for touchdowns and last week he had the walk off TD which earned him this award and has him on the radar for defensive rookie Black Beast of the year. I named this Cat the modern Neon Deon, something I don't do ever. In fact this is the first time I've done something like that publicly. I usually call it with out naming the greats, but this kid I knew because of his swag and physical gifts would do just what he is doing and become a true Black Beast in the league.

Still I was right with P Dub as I often am. 3 returns in first 8 games first player ever to do that. 1 return for a T.D. and 1 interception in the last game. Listen to the replay Dick Stockton calls him THE INCREDIBLE ROOKIE. With all due respect Dick it's the Incredible Black Beast!

Demarcus Ware Defensive Black Beast of the 2011 NFL Week 8

This is the first Defensive Black Beast of the week award and I told you I was reserving the right to revive the award. And I'm givin' it

to a brother on a losing team.(DC Rob Ryan took the blame for being out coached by Andy Reid.) The t.v. commentator said that it was the quietest 4 sack game he had ever seen. The stat line was incredible. 11 overall tackles 4 sacks 1 forced fumble, 1 ass. That's 10 tackles and with 4 of them sacks. And there were countless pressures. The problem was that the Cowboys were playing The Great Vick and this time the receivers were all catching and the line was blocking. Was it a Black Beast game in vane? NOOOOOO....It was incredible! Speed rush, bull, finesse, double teams you name it, this Black Beast faced it all and defeated it! It was a joy and wonder to behold an incredible individual effort! Congrats my brother, you are the best defensive player and the best athlete in the league for my money and you are the Defensive Black Beast of the NFL week 8!

Yall remember this brother don't you? When last he hit the national mainstream media stage he was leaving jail for shooting himself in the thigh with his own gun. I did a very nice comparison to white criminals who didn't even do time for killing black people upon his release. Jets, Jets, Jets, in their comeback win has garnered him Black Beast of the week honors. No it wasn't incredible catches, they were catches you expect of a pro. But he did the work which the 6 foot 4 receiver is expected to do. And he is officially lightening rod for white folks because before he went to jail he did his Black man thing. And now he's doing a Vickesque comeback. And that is Black Beast worthy!

Clay Matthews in Man of Clay Crumbling Or The Great White Hype was Reality Awayed Or So Now You Know It Had To Be The Liquid

You know it's me right? And since it is I have to say it. The Black Beast is back. All the fans have been hitting me. "Where's the expose? Where's the funk? where's the truth. Black Beast of the month is cool...(actually is Black Beast of the Week, but I didn't correct them. It's cool I understood the sentiment.) but we need what you give so well."
Sooooo, as the white person in the movie who is sooo smart always says when he figures every thing out, here ya go. Clay Matthews is a man of Clay. For two years I've maintained he's manufactured speed and no where near what they wanted to call this man. Elite pass rusher may ass, to put it like some one who might ball in the league might. I tole every one. Will shout it from the roof top any day. He will not be one. 10 sacks two years ago. 13.5 last.(9 in the first 3 games incredibly and 4.5 in the last 13) I know the numbers. I saw every one of them and told every one they were all coverage sacks. Well at least 80% of them cause every end in the league eventually catches the perfect storm where between the O's scheme and missed assignment on a given play they go unblocked occasionally. No one ever dealt with that, but here I am to debate anyone foolish enough to open their mouths.

So what happened? Well truth is with all due respect to the D coordinator...."I told Clay today he just needs to continue to play like he’s playing,” defensive coordinator Dom Capers said. “Those things will come. He’s playing outstanding football right now.”And with all due respect the rest of the Green Bay coaching staff which wants to claim Clay is performing at a high level which he's not. The truth is that what we are seeing is who Clay is and always was...but for the performance enhancers. Period. Huge drop off in performance once usage is stopped is a clear sign...Denial? What's my proof? Then and now. Period Fool. Don't need much else but lets step back.

You see the heat got hot 2 years ago in the spring. All over the news. Clay on Steroids cause his boy Brian Cushing got pinched. And last year I believe the front office contacted him...That would be Roger I'm in need of a great white star whom I helped create Commissioner God-dell, and tole em...a little like dis here.God-dell: "Clay?"
Man of Clay: Yes sir, it's me.
God-dell: Son it's over. I just can't hide this if the heat gets too much. We'll have to use independent labs. And you do remember what happened to the Olympic sprinters. Black people wouldn't let it go if...

You do remember I was one of the ones who didn't buy it when he was implicated and his USC boy and MLB Brian Lay on the pile and build up the stats Cushing was put out there and suspended right? You can see manufactured speed if you have a trained eye. I knew these cats were balling no where near as fast as these white stop watches had em. Too slow to rush the passer in the NFL I said. I remember it and I meant it. Still do and now......
You can all kiss my black ass this cat ain't no damn elite pass rusher. None of the Oh my God did he just do that technique. None of the power and quicks and strength combo. LT? couldn't carry his jock. LT invented the 3-4 pass rush position. Rolled on to the field in a drunk stupor and crushed the opposition. A black warrior. A Black BEAST. The standard upon which all are judged period.
That letter S yall see on Clay's chest really stands for pharmaceutical STEROID and he can't come anywhere near Demarcus Ware or LT. Period.

Look in case you missed it here it is. Denials abound right on the Packer website. Ooooh kay. And it also adds he was injured most of the 2010 year a fracture or something and that explains his drop off. Yeah uh Huh. More like he knew his test date was at the end of the year. And same in 2010 season ending 2011. now we're in 2011 ending in 2012 and what 3 sacks half way through the season? So you don't buy that the jig was up? And that Clay got that call last spring leading into this year from Roger God-dell? Ask yourself for a moment, other than money what was the big thing the league was pressing for in the new collective bargaining agreement?
Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. An HGH testing policy. Tougher testing.Hmmmmmmmm...........Need I say more? And I can't see his body, but if I could do comp shots before and after, I could show you the difference. But as it is. I don't need to because I can see it on film. Very little explosion. Blocked easily. Teams aren't doubling him. Cats in the league know. Forget what the Packer coaches are saying. He's slow(er) period. Not even getting there as the ball is leaving and only arriving late most times.Elite? No. With out the Great White Hype Machine he was a little better than average getting those phony holding calls which gave him more room on the next subsequent snaps and now that the league is soooo serious about the drug thing....Well lets just say that Roger knew and I'm bettin' that his boy Brian Cushing gave him up behind closed doors and then Roger promptly pursued the Black Beasts his snitch gave up and yep...ignored the Man of Clay. Demarcus never had this kind of drop off. LT never did in his prime. Elite my ass.

What, You mad? You can't be cause now you know. 3 sacks half way through. Right where he always shoulda been wit out that liquid and the stats, the tape don't lie. Here at the Black Beast we bow to the truth and even you die hard Superman S on his chest cats have got to know. But I'll say it any way....Wit a 6 sack year and on the way...

So now you know it had to be the liquid.

2011 Black Beast of the NFL Week 6: Devin Hester

Isn't it amazing how long this Beast has been doing this? Every time he's back there to return a kick, he could actually go. Oh sure guys have a good year or two and then stop, but this cat? He got the money and keeps it movin' playin' every game like he's in a contract year. This game against Minny he catches a looooong bomb. He has a punt return he almost turns into 6 and this looooong return for 6. In a week where very few efforts popped out, this one did. And here's the thing, he played receiver incredibly well and even had some good blocks. This cat was ballin' at such a higher level than every body else it was more than amazing it was interesting. His intensity popped right off the screen. For real. Congrats my brother you are the Black Beast of the week! And I leave you fans of the Black Beast with the return for a touch down complete with the theme song the Bears play every time he's back there!

2011 Black Beast of the NFL Week 5: The Oakland Raiders

Quick name the white star of the Oakland RAY-DERS.... Go ahead. I'll wait. Exactly. And day-um were these brothers ballin'. Down a little in the first half, collectively they ran fast, jumped high and hit with Black Beast intensity. It is the only game which I've watched 2x this year. Who were stand outs? They ALL WERE. The secondary had a few let downs but the point blank interception in the end zone more than made up for it.Did Al Davis death have something to do with it, his poor health and passing? I doubt it, cause any body watchin' these cats know they been ballin' as good as any one. Congrats Oakland RAY-DERS! YOU ARE THE BLACK BEASTS OF THE WEEK!!!

Courtland Finnegan: Black Beast of the NFL Week 4

Knew I'd git around to the Defensive side of the ball. I had just not seen a defensive performance worthy of overall Black Beast material. But Waaaaoooooooow, did this cat play a game. He was seriously incredible. 10 solo tackle 1 assist by the stat line. He was all over the place and the tackles were almost all smash mouth. I jes kept sayin' Wow! the whole game. His ferocity set the tone in the win over Cleveland and he was still smashin' em to the very last play. From Corner he had a LB stat game game. I haven't seen a game like this in a long time. In my estimation this game puts him in the Troy Palamalo class period. Congrats young brother! You are the Black Beast of the week!!! (and one of the best corners in the league.)

Cam Newton: 2011 NFL Black Beast of week 3

This, of course is a cumulative award. This young brother is writing history. This young Brother did something NO OTHER ROOKIE QB HAS DONE IN THE HISTORY OF THE NFL. 1000 yards in just three games. I'm not even even gonna talk about it. All I'm gonna say is where is all is all that negative talk about him? He can't throw the ball...He's inaccurate. He's not a quarterback. And MIKE MAYOCK? ALL THAT PURE MINNISOTA BULL SHEE ABOUT CAM NEWTON BEIN' AN ENTERTAINER? CAN'T RUN AN NFL COMPLEX(READ HIS INTELLIGENCE IS QUESTIONABLE) AND IF YOU BELIEVE IN THE PLAYER YATTA TUCKIN' YATA?

And I ask one question....WHERE IS TIM TEBOW?

Darren McFadden: 2011 Black Beast of The NFL Week 1

I know you all missed me. Thought I was takin' the year off or that the blog was dead. My readers hit me up said what up wit' the blog. Seriously tho...I'm close to gittin' my dudes into the league so I've taken my foot off the pedal a little, givin' cats a little break in the league. Them African Bones talkin' 'bout takin' my foot off their kneck just a little Na Meen? but don't let that stop you all my haters out there. Keep sending the hate mail. My vacation didn't stop you so now that I'm back please keep it coming....It shows me I'm loved.

Soooo, as Prince would say "So here we are, Trick." And now its time for the first Black Beast of the 2011 season and the winner is Darren McFadden! This brother was simply incredible. It wasn't just the yards(22-150) but how he got them. His acceleration was outstanding. His quicks incredible. His stride wonderful. He was a fire breathing sprinter carrying a football. But what I loved most about the way he balled out was his straight arms and slasher arms.He was slashing cats back, switching the ball from arm to arm as he did. And not on one run but seemingly every one of them.

And no one could stop him. Truly a Black Beast. His performance was wonderful!! But what made it even more so was the fact that he has been much maligned the first two years as he matured. I was always on the band wagon, but every one in this popcorn culture wants immeadiate gratification and there were Bust whispers....

I got one thing to say to the Bust Whispers....Are you kiddin' me? This man is the Black Beast of the week!!

James Harrison and Roger Goodell, The Brotha Man and The Other Man, The NFL's Racism on display in Conquering America

Let me first say that I love all people equally. Now let me say that you must understand that it is a very, very, difficult task to tell a white male about his own racism. People who are not white have been telling people who consider themselves white about their issues for years. But that discussion always falls upon deaf ears. You see it is human nature to ignore other human beings when they are screaming at you about how you are destroying or other wise harming their humanity. I believe this comes from the fact that it is also human nature to believe one's own self to be intrinsically good and there fore we can not believe that we would ever do anything to unknowingly harm another.

Seriously. Think about it.

You see this is what happens when we scream the isms, racism, sexism, etc, at each other. The harmed one screams, the accused freezes believes he or she is not guilty and inevitably does what? That's right get other people like the accuser to agree he's not guilty.

The Isms dance. It's human nature on display as we attempt to move toward a healthy society. It is the reason The Black Beast exists....

Enter James Harrison and Roger Goodell as they do the Isms dance I like to call the Brotha Man and the Other Man to the racism remix. The comments are quite colorful. They well known. We'll stay away from the name calling in order not to inflame the readers, for once. Let us for once say simply say the tenor of these words was strident but there was so much truth to them that there's an entire watch dog blog dedicated to that truth, The Black Beast. I don't often do this but it is best to understand that the racism is so obvious mainstream black reporters are empowered to support Harrison as is many of his peers secretly. At issue for Harrison is that fact that he can destroy, maim and cripple a black quarterback with little regard, but let him touch a white one and he is heavily fined by the self appointed Judge, Jury, and Executioner of the NFL Mr. Goodell. Black men are human we can see unequal and disparate treatment and feel more than slighted. We become angry and this anger is multiplied when it comes with disregard for the safety. And the fans, society can also see. The NFL is the highest profile billion dollar sports league in the United States having conquered every competitor, it has a responsibility to ensure that it is not only a beacon to the country, but a model of enlightened unbiased behavior as well. With out a doubt this has not happened.

We here at the Black Beast would like to ask a question, if the racism is so clear when considering these fines, then what does that say about the rest of the leagues actions--namely hiring (a predominately white coaching staff, front office), ownership(all white) and management (white male Goodell). Speaking to the issue of disciplined raised directly, admittedly there are black people involved in the process of fines, but that is meaningless when Goodell is judge, jury and executioner-the final arbiter over all and every thing.
With all due respect to every Goodell apologist on record, no matter their media outlet, association or pedigree, simply having black people involved does not absolve any of the head white man in charge's action. To suggest so is racist in an of itself. We must look to the actions complained of, the deeds of the man, the industry itself. That is the task here. Let us not bury Harrison's words in a pile of Mea Culpa and I told you so, but rather let us use them as a rallying cry to fix something which is so obviously broken.

Let us not continue to conquer America NFL, but rather let us truly live the America of truth, liberty and justice, or as we sweep James Harrison under the rug so do we sweep the next brother shot by the cops. This racism denial has to end so help me God, for we continue to repeat it. And as we do repeat this racism version of the Isms dance on the playing fields of a sport which has the impressionable hearts and minds of the American people then the 300lb black Gorilla embedded in the psyche of America continues to allow the incredible inhumane treatment of black people in our reality. This may sound overblown and dramatic, but the racism of the world is being taught to the screaming white children in the American homes and these stadiums in this way, every fall sunday. And since the NFL has conquered the American sports landscape, racism is being taught year round, now Mr. Goodell. Year round.

NBC Sports Pro Football Talk .com and The Real Racism of the Game

See here's that mess I'm talking about. Pro Footballtalk.com run by a white male named Mike Florio who is well informed and presumably respected by the white males of the industry who informed him and gave him all the info which blew him and his site up and made him soooooo much money. Black man would never have been respected enough to receive such gold as he has. Trust me. You black you know. You ain't. Than you talkin' that mess...Mike Florio is.

Ok. Some context is in order. Seems Cam Newton refuses to discuss the racism in his evaluation of playing the game. Seems he thinks that's making an excuse. No need to get upset. Not at all brothers and sisters. If there is one thing I know, its that when ever one of us seems to excuse their racism, they only find a healthy diet of it at the end of their rainbow. Such is inevitable like the sun rising to bring us every dawn, and it is pervasive, every where people who have deemed themselves white before others have gone. History tells us that.Current events reminds us of it every day. Challenging the racism of a game owned by white men, coached by a vast majority of white males, administered by mostly white males, and played by predominately other than white males is not the purpose of this post.

Let us deal with the truth of it. Mike Florio says one thing about Cam Newton's statement which they all say and in doing so he reveals the true racism of the game...

Seems he finds Cam Newton's denial or refusal to consider racism refreshing....Now I ask you is that not what every racist says? For as long as we have fought racism it has been the most racist of them who have sought out those of us who for whatever reason can not bear the hot battle before the onslaught of racism and called their words of denial, of avoidance...the truth, intelligent,reason....

Refreshing.

Which by deduction makes words attacking racism lies, unintelligent, unreasonable.... Stale...

And that makes those words...well racist.

Wow.

To those of us who have fought racism, we know this perspective. We know Florio's words all too well. Unwittingly all Florio did in proclaiming Cam's position was refreshing was demonstrate his knowledge of the real racism of the game.

This is a rather appropriate moment to address this topic in American sports. You see the premiere site which discusses members and it is usually black members of the NFL who are arressted, though not always, seems to rather enjoy discussing the arrests of young brothers who ball. And if it isn't the site it, then it definitely is revealed by the comments.
As an aside let me say that the site is so racist, I can barely stomach it most days and when I do read it, I read the stories but not the comments.

So if that's true, you say, then why is NBC's Pro Football talk racist? Well on the right hand side of the page you will find the arrest meter. It calculates the days between arrests for NFL Ballers. Hmmmmm....Big black athletic men with money, fast cars, a lot of youth, and a lot of time on their hands in the middle of a country that treats black men like....well like targets?

An aside and perhaps an illuminating one this time. Every time I've ever been stopped by law enforcement in the city where I live I get asked two questions. Right after license, registration, I'm asked do you have a job.

Do I have a job? WTF?

So what does this have to do with Pro Football Talk's racism? You mean where is the racism in a white site started by a white male which gleans it's information from a white owned industry, managed(and include coached here) by an overwhelming majority of white folks which uses an overwhelming majority of other than white talent--employee etc. Hmmmm....

Onward. Now the overwhelming evidence of the black man's treatment at the hands of the occupying force in their communities is well documented and won't be done so again here. Let us simply say that racism fuels our disproportionate representation in the criminal justice system. But let's look at a beginning of sorts..

Cop: where you get the car?

NFL Black Baller: dealership.
Cop: You got a job?
NBB: The NFL.
Cop(places his hand on his gun): Please step out of the car.

Cop2: Where were you going in such a rush kid? You were speeding.
NFL White Baller: Headed home American Idol's on. I got TIVO, but I like it live.
Cop2: Nice car.
NWB: I play for the Texans.
Cop2: Wonderful. I played in high school. Watch yourself you were swerving. If I didn't know better I might have thought you had been drinking.
NWB: No, not me.( hiccup.)
Cop2: (Backing away.)Have a great night and slow down.

Shure.... You wanna argue. Never happen. Doesn't happen. White cops are doing their job. They're not jealous of rich black men. If you wanna belie that go ahead. And if you one of these rich black men, you better believe it. Ask one of them who've been touched by the law. Odds are there were many white cops involved in the many cases you can find...

Oh and the white Ballas who get off? Don't exist right? Right. How bout I prove my point another way....Lets look at some high profile Jail releases and crime.

White Bay Area Rapid Transit Officer Johannes Mehserle just got out after doing a year for Killing Oscar Grant with a 9mm when he thought it was a Taser, while Brah Grant was handcuffed and laying on his stomach. This was all caught on video and quite disturbing to watch. Mehserle got one day of good behavior for every day served of the 2 year sentence. 2 years!

Plaxico Burris, former Giants wide receiver did every day of the two minimum for shooting himself in the thigh with a gun that had not been registered.

Two white males stopped a plea deal according to all accounts: Robert Morgenthau insisted that the former New York Giants wide receiver serve at least two years in prison for violating the city's strict gun laws. Mayor Michael Bloomberg had also publicly called for Burress to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Hmmmm....

This is Johannes Mehserle standing above a hogtied Oscar Grant just before he shot Grant before the cell phone camera. Without the camera resisting arrest story might have been enough to get him off as these lies have been in the past.

Prosecuter:. You shot him in the back while he was handcuffed lying on his stomach.
Mheserle: I thought it was a Taser.
Judge: Oh Ok. Two years.
Mhesesle: Can I get good time?
Prison system: 1 day off for every day served. Serve a year.

Prosecutor: You had a gun.
Burris: I shot myself.
Prosecutor: You had a gun in a night club.
Burris: I'm a well known millionaire. I get all kinda nut jobs coming at me.
Judge: 2 years.
Burris: Good time.
Prison system: 2 years. Period. No get out of jail card for jack...

I mean seriously.

Do I have a job? Yea I do. In a land where the black man serves far more time for shooting himself in the leg than a white man does for shooting a black man in cold blooded murder after he's tied that black man up and made him lie face down and there are sites like NBC's Pro Football talk in this same land that keeps track of arrests? Its called The Black Beast and its dedicated to shining the spotlight light on truth. Or should I say exposing the true Beasts?

All white owners. 70-80% white management. 70-80% employees are black or other than white. Lawsuits get filed and the players show with a multiracial team. Owners....I gives you one guess. And I been watchin. Really. I saw The great white hyper Mayock on NFL's Path To The Draft tryna make the world believe slow footed heavy waist benders are first round Gods.As an aside, great save Baldinger for calling him out on that to the point Mayock's hype mojo has disappeared. Or could it be that even the media's getting a clue. Though Baldinger blamed Mayocks absurd right hand love of Carimi et al on Mayock's attending BC, we know it's cause he's the great white hyper.

Now everyone wants to call almost all the white male QBs safer picks than the straight up football God Cam Newton cause you know and you've heard it in every way possible, but let me put it the way I hear it...white folks is smart and hard working and only black folks know the way to the coke house, yatta yatta.

You know I could blast them all and will later. And have before but I'll let a brother I don't know, whom I assume is a brother do it. Doubt a white male or female would say any thing remotely this good, but it could happen. NOT. And I don't let other voices throw down here often, but then again...well here. And don't say I didn't warn you. And don't you ever believe I'd write at that questionably racist space Pro Football talk.com, ever. It's one of the reasons why the Black Beast exists.

So those in the media aren’t pushing talent with these QBs this year’s draft. They’re pushing “safe bets.” Or is it more a player who happens to have an agent name is Tom, cause Christian Ponder is good and he’s barely mentioned.
Back to the Blaine and Cam show…Yeah, the media has made it their business to slap the “bust” tag on Cam right out of the box because of the many preceived biases that the media seem to enjoy using against him. While the rich white kid, Blaine, is preceived to be a “safe bet,” not good or GREAT but a “safe bet” by those at ESPN and NFL. Like Blaine getting richer won’t force him to go snorting his money up his nose like the other famous white QBs or ever get in trouble.
But every team should be leary of Cam because of what he did when he was 18 and because of of his father. And I thought after the year long BS with Tiger Woods and the non-stop distrusting of Michael Vick, the sports media couldn’t sink any lower with their smear campaign. BUT I was WRONG.
It’s clear they know that there is a segment of our society who will forever judge and discriminate against blacks no matter what. And once they get them out of the woodworks and regurgitating their bias, it’s just a matter of time before others will follow.
It’s clear blacks and whites are still treated so differently by our not so racist media. Just ask Charlie Sheen, Brett Farve, Ben Rothleisburger, John Daley, and Greg Norman, and I haven’t even mention the many white QBs flamed out by drugs but let’s us not “trust” Cam because those at ESPN and the NFL said so.

Jerry Sloan And Deron Williams, Jeff Fisher and Vince Young: White Coach Black Star Musings

In a span of a few months we have seen some very interesting things in the coaching world. It's not often when we see it, but it does transpire. Oh no? Quick what's the name of Magic Johnson's first coach?

And it ain't Pat Reilly.

It's Paul Westhead. He got into a fight with the franchise player on the bench one night in the middle of the start of Showtime. He was gone the next day. And before anyone asks I'll tell you the coach doesn't dribble one ball, he doesn't touch another person. Stars win. Players play. And coaches? Know when to shut the hell up.

But of course there's a deeper meaning here. When I was in high school we all know Westhead got fired for arguing with Magic. I mean Magic was incredible night in night out in every sense of the word. In a way that the Cats today ain't. He was truly original. Truly incredibly gifted. Coaches? You can get another coach, you can't get another Magic.

You can't simply go and get another...
Deron Williams. (one of only a hand full of franchise players now in the league)
Vince Young (Winning NFL Quarterback no matter who you put out there.)

I could go on, but these are the young brothers at issue in the moment. So what happened with these young cats so that the coaches were fired. And if you believe the spin, I got a bridge to sell you and you just one an email sweepstakes, pay 2,000 U.S. Dollars to get it in Egypt. Seriously. What happens in these flare ups? You must understand at some point the coaches forget that it's not about them and believe that the players must loose their dignity to follow them. At that point all love is gone from their voices and they start to treat the players like children and the disrespect goes one way. Believe me it goes down like this. You combine that with obvious subtle racism in the coaches head and well the athlete hears the word niggah even if it ain't said.

And no they won't ever tell. None of them will. This is their jobs. But imagine if you had to go to your job with mostly white folks screaming at you all day long? This is what it can be as a professional athlete in the NBA or NFL. And you a franchise Player and know it? You know deep in your heart they ain't got that many of you. Even if they want to play you against your running back? And you know They'd never treat Tom Brady like this? Hell you know they wouldn't even treat Skelton (Cards QB) like this? That they'd never never treat a Euro-turned NBA star like this and in fact seen the 68 year old Jerry Sloan fail to do so?

Do you need to be there to know there's more love in a Pro Coaches voice when he's screaming at the white players? Really?

Let's put aside for the moment that Bud Adams Owner of the Titans put down the Crack pipe after he allowed the white men who tried to cover up Vince's mistreatment by backing Fisher and finally let Fisher go. Of Course, he finally came to his senses and said I can get another Coach, but a winning Quarterback? In the NFL? Ask the Dolphins and the Broncos, both teams have been searching since their hall of fame QBs retired in the 90s. Bud Adams should have let Fisher go the minute he saw Fisher's ego was in competition with his own--Remember Bud had to make Fisher play Vince Young so they would start winning? Fisher should have been gone in the off season, even if VY brought them back from a horrendous start. And Fisher's explosion really should have been the last straw. Over taking VY's taking off his shirt and throwing it in the stands? And explode publicly? He was no longer acting like the coach but demanding respect in a locker room which he failed to lead by bringing his problem star behind closed doors.

But I digress. Here's the deal. When coaches attempt to get into ego fights with Star Brothers they loose time and time again. Truly star Beasts. It's a fact and perhaps the only time. Now that's musing....

Mike Mayock The NFL Network's Great White Hyper and Cam Newton The Black Quarterback: NFL Scouting Racism On Display

You see this?! Where Mike Mayock didn't go to Cam Newton's work out. A pure slap in the face. See where he said he didn't even need to hear about it?

What's this all about, you ask? Well seems the Great White Hyper has become sooooo empowered that he doesn't even need to hide it anymore. Incredibly dismissive he says essentially that he expects a great work out but it's the intangibles(which for him is always unquestionable and white folks have in droves. And what are they? Damned if I know, but seems its work ethics and Football smarts . Sound familiar. Forgive me for being rude but erh erh erh he could have just said niggahs is dumb and lazy. You know what I know? If Peyton Manning were Black we would never hear about how smart he is. This past year Vick was credited with more film study but no one said how smart he is. (that I heard and I read a lot of football articles and watched every Eagle game.)

But I do digress. We get it White people shouldn't or don't view Black Quarterbacks as smart. Is this news to you? No. It shouldn't be if you follow football.
So I digress. Let's get to the meat of this. But before I do. Let me make a stunning, simply stunning observation, Mike Mayock will never ever call a black quarterback an intelligent kid the way he called the Alabama QB, Greg McElroy intelligent every other sentence this past Senior Bowl practice presentation on NFLN, even if he acknowledge the kid had little skill.

Last year this utter racist Mayock rode Tim Tebow like Teabow's name was seabiscuit. I compared Tebow to Joe Webb. Webb was crowned a franchise QB by Gruden on MNF and Teabow? Elway immeadiately started giving him the boot. I won't rehash it, but lets just say NFL wisdom believed a Black Quarterback was a NFL WR and the Great White Hyper turned a college QB who is an NFL TE into a first round NFL quarterback. Wow. That was surprising.

I digress again. No, I don't. You see there's a theme here when you look at the tape--or the record of Mayock. Let's throw on the tape.

I really didn’t need to see the workout, nor do I need to hear about the workout. … I’ve watched five of (Newton’s) game tapes,” Mayock explained. “He’s got a classic overhand delivery, he’s got a big arm. You and I in gym shorts at the local high school can throw pretty accurately, so I would guarantee you (Newton) would look great in a pair of gym shorts.

To me, there are two issues with this kid,” said Mayock. “Issue number one is he came out of a shotgun (offense), and if you watch the tape it’s basically a very simple offense. … And secondly, most importantly, when you get to a certain skill level in the NFL, which this kid certainly has, at the quarterback position, what kind of kid is he?
“Is he going to be the first guy in the building? Is he a gym rat? Is he football smart?”

So the young brother ran a simple offense. Let's see did the Great White Hyper say that about any other Young brother with a big arm in a simple offense...Oh yeah Vince 30-18 in the NFL Young who just wins ball games.

I really don't see that as happening. With Vince Young, I think a team is probably going to try to take advantage of what he does athletically, but that spread option offense isan incredibly simple offense. And from a defensive perspective in the NFL, I think the last thing you want -- and I could give you the names of 31 defensive coordinators that would love Vince Young to run the ball 15 or 20 times a game.

So the Titans won with Vince and when he's there they win and he runs occasionally. Running that shotgun spread at times. And wow. Successful in reading coverage. Who would have thought it? Not the Great White Hyper.

Let's look at how the Great White Hyper evaluates White Quarterbacks who ran the spread or simple offense in college....hmmmmmm.

2005 Draft. Alex Smith. White male quarterback. Utah. Mayock's number 1 overall. And he has yet to ball out. Period. Wonder if he's football smart? Wonder if he's a gym rat? Wonder if Mayock went to his work out? I'm sure he did. Just like he went to Tebow's. And you know what? Alex Smith had all the intangibles to be Mayock's #1, but (is) was a flop at San Francisco. Hmmm...But he continues to compare talented Black Quarterbacks to Jamarcus Russell who didn't play well for Oakland and who had a great work out...Will he ever compare one to Alex Flop Smith?

NFL scout? Yeah. Unbiased? What a joke. Mark it down. Cam Newton is a baller who will win. Period.
And Mayock will over look him all the way to the Bank while he continues to hype the great white hype.And I'll be the only one saying a thing.

It's just the order of things. And I leave you with this. What the ex-NFL QB Trent Dilfer said about Cam's work out.

Trent Dilfer, a Super Bowl-winning quarterback who's now a TV analyst, gushed about Newton's workout.
"I couldn't be more impressed. For one, I think this whole thing is genius," Dilfer said of the workout in front of the media. "People are knocking it. I think it's brilliant.
"He is a special talent," Dilfer said. "He's uniquely gifted. To be this much of a puppy, I mean, he hasn't played a lot of true quarterback in his life; to be this refined mechanically, you don't see this very often. This is the top of the top of the top. That's what you're looking at."

But the media doesn't want to give this brother his due. And at least one so called NFL Network scout won't saying and I paraphase and read between the lines in doing so. He's a great athlete,(read they all are) but will he work (of course he won't look at Jamarcus). And at the same time pump up the white cats he's rooting for.

You think I'm going overboard? Right? Let me ask you this, does he go to other great athletes' work outs? Yes. Emphatically. Yes.

What's the difference here? Quarterback is the face of the franchise, nine times out of ten.The hardest job to get. Period. So if I'm lobbying for only white folks why help the Black Beast when I never do and won't and in fact let me put mad salt in the game by dismissing his work and then detracting from it by pointing to another of them that didn't do well while ignoring every white cat I put on who can't even tread water let alone swim.

NFL scout? Are you kiddin' me?!!

The Hit and Legend of Clay Matthews

Like any legend there's a little fiction, a little fact, and a whole lot of lying involved in the creation of the Great White Linebacker. Yesterday's Super Bowl between the Green Bay Packers and Steelers only made me believe even more in the purposeful or ignorant will creating the Great White Linebacker star.

I offer you exhibit A, the Mendenhall fumble which Clay is credited with creating. At the start of the fourth quarter the Steelers are driving with momentum on their side. Some nameless unknown brother gets deep penetration and gets his helmet on the ball. Clay comes along and hits him after the ball is coming out of Mendenhall's hands. It's so clear that the first time either Joe Buck or Troy Aikman even say the nameless brother gets a helmet on the ball. Actually that's Troy Aikman who calls out Picket's name. But by the third replay the fact that the brother created the fumble is gone. Here Joe Buck? Mendenhall fumble, Matthews with a hit to force it.

Pickett's gone. Finished. A part of history. Like the Native Americans who actually lived here before Columbus found America. Like the China Man who drove spikes and lost their lives while Pacific North West built the rail road. Like Kunta picked all the cotton which made the South and America great.

Like... well a Black Beast.#79 could be named Robert Parish, or Gerald Henderson for real. Understand?And Brother, I know you, believe me. Called your name already. But today you're nameless.

Notice how this tight shot edits #79, the brother whose deep penetration and helmet on the ball created this fumble right out of the play and out of history just as the retelling of this play will forever more.

Here is the way the AP presented it so that every one who saw it or didn't see it will see it this way:

Mendenhall took the handoff, but Clay Matthews drove a shoulder right into the runner almost as soon as he got the ball, and massive Ryan Pickett dived in to complete a 595-pound sandwich. The result of that fearsome collision: the ball came flying out, and Bishop swooped in to scoop it up.

Matthews looked as if he knew what was coming, and actually he did.

"I saw the play coming back my way," he said. "Fortunately, through film work, I was able to tell my defensive end what to do and I was able to make the play. It was key at the time. They were driving on us. We were able to get that turnover and turn it into points, which was the difference in the game."

Wow. He made the play. Not finished it. He made it. These White folk would have you believe that he suddenly became the DT cause of course the Black Beast couldn't do it with out him, then he suddenly became himself again and made the play.

But here at the Black Beast we will tell the truth. Despite the world full of white men denying the Brother's glory. It was a Black Beast who created that fumble with great play and a world full of white men like Michael David Smith of ProFootballTalk.com who created Clay Matthews like they always will and always have.

But I tell you now the Black Beast will always be there walking down the AP and every other media outlet with the truth.

*Watch the play and you will see the helmet on the ball before Matthews gets there jogging the ball loose and Clay hitting Mendenhall to finish the job. But undoubtedly #79's helmet hits the ball first.

Sam Bradford 2010 Offensive Black Beast of the Year

The Rams obviously got it right when they drafted him. Sam Bradford is a serious, serious, serious warrior. Installed behind a decent offensive line, this Black Beast was throwing laser tomahawks all year long. At times he was the Rams only hope. And at times he was their only baller with the defense having a bad day. I made sure that the Rams tape was one of the first I watched after the Cards and Jags. I liked to get my tears(cards) and laughs (Jags) out the way early.

But I digress. I was never dissatisfied watching this Young Cat ball. Congrats Young Native American Brah, you are the Offensive Black Beast of the Year.*

*for those of you white folk mostly who challenge his right to be a Black Beast need I remind you of the White man's campaign against the Red man which resulted in the greatest land robbery in history, let alone the close ties and blood relationships that many African Americans share with the Red man, including myself.And this is a blog against Racism, even if you don't understand that.

Troy Palamalu, Steelers, Defensive Black Beast of the 2010 NFL season

This cat here laid it down every min. he was on the field. to borrow a line from Troy Aikman Stats don't tell the whole story. When the Steelers needed a play and he was on the field, he made it. Time and time again. But in amazing fashion often traveling 10 yards a second from a dead stand still each time.

In Amazing Black Beast fashion. I've enjoyed this young brother all year, laying it out until it hurt. Singular plays made to look easy without any help what so ever. Repeatedly. Outside the frame work of the defense cause his role was truly one of Rover. On the line one second 20 yards deep with in 2 sec. later and 1 sec before the snap of the ball.

And hitting. It was a wrap all year long.

So too is this a wrap. Sometimes White Folks, I mean the AP gets it right(with one caveat*). Congrats to an Amazing Athlete and Defensive Black Beast of the year Troy Polamalu.

Path To The Draft 2011 and Mike Mayock: NFLN, NFL Scouting Racism and the Great White Hyper

New Year and I was hoping that some body would have talked to Mike Mayock by now. Seems it just didn't happen. And I had such high hopes. Hopes that I would be able to enjoy watching off season NFL Ball with out hearing the Great White Hyper as in overly hyping marginal talent so they get overly paid to the detriment of better ballers. Explanation?

Mayock made Tebow into a first rounder using NFLN as a platform. He called Tebow the greatest college baller ever ignoring all the Black Beasts who were incredible during college in the process. Only the Great White Hyper could ignore the stellar careers of men like Marshal Faulk, Jim Brown, Joe Greene, Jerry Rice, Earl Campbell, Dion Sanders, Steve McNair, Walter Payton, Adrian Petersen, and on and on

Tim Tebow or as I like to say Teabow, was and is still a moderately accurate QB who is a marginal T.E. He sold Tebow as a bill of goods to every one in America and the NFL, most of the NFL scouts didn't listen cause they knew what they were looking at.

And before I go any further let me ask the Broncos a question: "How'd that work out for you?" Oh that's right you guys are looking QB with the second pick in 2011 and Tebow's hoping to follow Josh McDaniels the former Bronco coach and strict little white man who drafted a marginal NFL QB in the first round.(Every Bronco lover should thank John Elway for saying that the Emperor has no clothes and telling the truth about Tebow. One of his first statements was that Tebow has a loooooong way to go to be an NFL QB. He knows like every sane knowledgeable person that Tebow is not a Franchise QB.)

And before you all scream at me that Tebow won a game in the NFL last year, let me say that marginal QBs win all the time in the NFL. They just ain't or weren't first round draft picks. Unnerstand. Look at it this way, would a Black QB with marginal mechanics and the same winning record been shown all that love? Like the love the Great White Hyper threw at Tebow? Yes the question is rhetorical, but I can answer it. No. Hell Black Men with great mechanics, high completion percentages and Holwitzer arm are shown their way to the WR or DB line for the pros. Randall Cunningham, I mean Joe Webb is my exhibit A.

See the point is I expect the average person who doesn't understand what he's seeing to be screaming like Mayock. But when you're a professional and you're the expert which the league chooses? Something is wrong. Something is very wrong. There's no balance when marginal talent becomes the focal point to the detriment of better obvious talent. And when you add to it that it's a white male talking about a white male. We have just so much questionable activity. And then when its done repeatedly?

Toby Gerhart an NFL tailback? How'd that work out Vikings? Saw every snap. Sad. That's your replacement for AP?

I digress. Here's the deal. Mayock is asked as part of the Path to the Draft Senior Bowl recap show by Ed Burmeister which seniors helped themselves today. I said, literally, oh lord what great white hypes you got? he goes on to discuss the three white tackles on the North team who by the why got absolutely dominated by the Black Beasts of the South's D Line in the game. LAUGH OUT FUCKING LOUD. I mean this was so predictable what I saw during their reps were slow footed men who bet not ever play tackle in the NFL. I'm sittin' there sayin' this is it. This is the best they could find? These white cats suck! Not another brother baller who could ball better than this, if this is the best white cats you got? There ain't a Samoa some where? I mean wow!!!

How much clearer could NFL Scouting racism be? I mean dayum.

Another run up to the draft with the Great White Hyper in full effect. NFLN do something about this or I'm callin' my man Jessie.

Laggarette Blount, Tampa Bay Bucs: Black Beast Rookie of the NFL Year 2011

Watch the Film Byron Hout struck Blount first but Blount was suspended and made a national spectacle of while Hout was dealt with internally. A truly collegial and collegiate White Wash

It was great watching this big brother do his thing all year. Just a great back. Speed of light quick, faster than a speeding bullet fast, able to leap tall defenders in a single bound and often did. A thousand yard rusher who has taken up where Caddy Williams left off. And of course we know all about the Byron Hout incident where he slapped the shit out of a white man for saying ____ hmmmm no one ever addressed that or allowed that to be addressed in the main stream. And since he did the right thing by the good white NFL organization and screamed mea culpa despite clearly being struck first and screamed at. The NFL allowed him to be employed. One fight in training camp--where there are numerous fights but got him fired with the Titans--and he wound up with Black Beast Coach of the year Raheim Morris....

The rest is as they say history and he did his damn thing! wonderful. Congrats Brother you are the Black Beast Rookie of the Year!

For his single handed efforts in keeping The Great White Hype in contention for the Defensive Player of the Year by hyping Clay Matthews unceasingly, uncomprehendingly and forever on damn every defensive snap of the Green Bay Packers this year despite Clay's incredible drop off in performance, We give you Troy The Great White Hyper of the 2011 NFL Season named appropriately for Mike Mayock who never misses a chance to hype less than athletic white males while ignoring Black Beasts. To be sure NFL network aided this effort with out a pause--if you watched some of the mid week and recap shows you would think no other defensive player did any thing for the first three weeks in which Clay got 9 sacks 7 of which were coverage sacks.

But this man did his best to hype Clay in every game I heard him do for the Pack which seemed to be a God Awful lot or maybe I was just sensitive to the rattling. And seemingly Troy couldn't see the Black Beast Godling D Ware of the Cowboys who plays the same position and lead the league in sacks and was better than Clay statistically in a year when almost every snap Ware held it down with great technique and strength was unblockable and simply shut down his side. The Cowboys lost but not because of Ware.

And Troy is a Cowboy! 4 life throw up the sign--West Side! Oh well I guess blood is truly thicker than water or the truth, right Troy?

Troy's crowning moment? When Clay had not had many Sacks in quiet some time(9 in the first 3 games and yawn 4.5 in the last 13) and Troy said as he continued to say until his nose started to grow so it overshadowed the field...Clay who I think is having a phenomenal year is just a disruptive force, sacks don't tell the whole story. Really and what were Men Like Ware and Suggs doing? (Suggs had a much more even and disruptive year with similar numbers and more sacks in the post season) Oh I know it doesn't matter they ain't white. Sacks don't matter, truth doesn't either only that he's white. But when he lead the league in sacks all Troy could say every other damn play...(and every other announcer who was white and could) Clay Matthews the NFL's sack leader, Clay Matthews who leads the league in sacks...yatta fuckin' yatta. But when he no longer does? Sacks don't matter? Yup. The Great White Hyper.

Mike Vick Winner of The Get Back Black (to where you was at) Award

With the AP Awards coming out its time for the Black Beast Awards of the 2011 NFL Season.

Tremon Williams of the Green Bay Packers, a shut down Corner in the making

Watchin' this black beast ball this past year was a joy. Every time I turned around he was pullin' down a ball or locking a cat down. His success freed up last year's Defensive Player of the Year Charles Woodson to do his most versatile thing. I'd never ever hear of the young brother before, but by the fifth game I was paying attention. So smooth with his technique he puts you to sleep and always seems to have make up or closing speed. Quarterbacks found out they better throw just right at him. This Black Beast playing at the top of his game really made the whole secondary a lock down crew and is the secret to every Green Bay success. With Woodson, Collins, Williams, and Shield it doesn't get any better. All four of them had a banner all pro year. The only down side is their play helped to create fake star coverage sack Frankenstein Matthews. We'll take the good with the bad. Congrats Tremon you are the inaugural Break Out Black Beast of the NFL

A Hater's Gonna Hate and a Baller's Gonna Ball on Sherdog Mixed Martial Art web site white male hate

For the record I give little to no love to white ballers in this space, even if I love them, because white ballers have ESPN, Sports Illustrated, CNN, Network TV NFL Network and its Media Machine, The AP, UPI, Every Corporate Sponsor, TV announcers and so called experts trumpeting average or merely above average exploits daily to the detriment of Black men (and women in other sports)who routinely do the incredible in front of the either purposefully ignorant or the uninformed as an entire society ignores these feats in large part due to the previously mentioned Media Outlets, Corporations, TV announcers and experts own often intentional or unintentional racism .

Now that said, you know I get a lot of hate mail, a lot of foolish comments which I don't post. All of it anonymous which is usually ignored but when posters from Sherdog Mixed Martial Arts,com came my way I had to holla back. Here's my post. I don't know if it'll make it past the site admin, but this is what I wrote. And for the record, their hate is just proof that the Black Beast continues to do its thing. Not every one is going to be comfortable dealing with race and simply most won't but brothers and sisters I know you feel me. with that said...Let us move on. The post from Sherdog follows. Note their post thread believes the Black Beast is an anti Clay Matthews, Steve Nash and Larry Bird blog (anti-white male site) when its actually anti racism. Wow if that doesn't prove a point. With no further adieu, my answer:

Since I get thousands of click thru-s a month and my blog's listed at NFL NBA Live...and...

Well I don't often get to interact with fans or want to for that matter. A hater's gonna hate after all. And it's time consuming to speak to such uniformed but wonderfully emotional reactionary people who really don't struggle or haven't struggled against Racism in their lives. Generally its just a waste of time. But well either I find much of this so hilarious or I'm softening in my old age that I simply had to.

Let me tell you this. I have many fans in the front offices of the NFL behind the scenes who read me. I've been involved in game planning, drafting, and other facets of the league through my blogs by influencing many-- behind the scenes. A fact I don't take lightly and will never ever, ever say more. I love some of my friends so-black and white--who have been won through hard fought battles which I create by my very work.

Consider this...Did you know that the NFL has started to give black colleges an opportunity to get their players looked at. For a league which is admittedly 70% black this is a large step since it benefits from black consumer dollars, an entire black culture forsaking all other sane opportunity to become an athlete. And the benefit comes from natural selection, evolution or what ever else you want to call it. Athletes are faster because of dedication to that success by a vast number of the entire community. You could look at it as the Spartans vs...well every body else. The NFL should know this and if they don't it is my self appointed duty to make them aware that for the 50 lives who get that pot of gold in the rookie contract there is a huge mass of black men who failed and tried and cried simply because NFL's product is on the t.v. every Sunday. Add to that the incredible amount of money the largest consumer block in the world per capita, per household, per fool or what ever you want to call it in the black community which spends 90 cents on the dollar on things which it doesn't need and which spends greatly on NFL tickets, apparel and other items...well what you've got is an obligation to give back.

What I'm trying to say is that in harshest pull no punch terms The Black Beast is a Watch Dog Blog. See we as people miss the big picture. Teams are no more than corporations. White Coaches? Like bosses who over look better often black players because they have this innate need to. Or simply an overt one. Is it a coincidence that New England and Green Bay have the highest percentage of white starters? All on offense? And in Green Bay always have? In Patriotville since Belichek took over? That Moss gets told to cut his hair but Brady can wear a damn mane. That Moss gets cut after Brady tells Moss to cut his afro, to which Moss says I don't like your hair you cut it. That he's cut the very next day?

You would have me say there's no racism in this and simply walk away I'm sure. No racism in all of this? But what I'd rather do is say that's racism and walk away from you.

We hearing about Clay when he finished 4 slots behind him in Sacks and Ware had just as many tackles.

But Clay gets 2nd in AP Defensive Player of the Year? Sounds like a Black Beast post ta me.

Demarcus Ware: Black Beast of the 2010 NFL Week 17 Or Exposing The Racism in the Creation of Clay Matthews the Great White Hype

This is a bit of unfinished business. I have been quite busy finishing a novel and productive so when I do and my time is limited, then one of my hobbies suffers and well lets jes say I got side tracked by Clay Matthews a little.

If you read me then you know I love Defense. And you also know then that my favorite position is DE or rush linebacker. I also love corner which I believe is the hardest position to play. I love to watch Demarcus work he is having a Hall of Fame Career the likes of which Toy(I said that right) Toy Aikman wishes or sounds like he's tryin' to make Clay have. But on this date Demarcus got 3 beautiful one on one edge rushing sacks to take the sack crown and end at 15.5.

And I hear Troy talking about sacks don't tell the whole story when talking about how disruptive Clay is. WTF? Since the Clay didn't lead the league it doesn't matter? Your racist slip is showign Troy. And you a cowboy? I mean Black Beast Demarcus the man had a wonderful year but any account and...you wanna tell me about too slow and week to get there with out a stunt or a twist Clay for Defensive Player of the Year? My Black....

Now back to our regular programing for those who care...found this comparison of Demarcus to the great ones on line. I believe the stats speak for themselves. He is the best 3-4 LB in the game today.

The NFL's Fortunes and Larry Bird in Cleats or The Making of Clay Matthews Again or a Picture is worth a thousand words when creating the White Superstar

You see the picture don't you? Why he standing in front the brothers? These are the defensive stars who are left standing for the NFC and AFC championships. Why can't they all be standing together on the battle field? On the same plane? Don't ask me again, anybody, why the Black Beast exists. The NFL will manufacture a white star period. Durelle Revis? #24 what he's done in these two games, the entire season, has been phenomenal. Locked down Reggie Wayne of the Colts with Peyton on the field in the wild card. Took away a whole side of the field against Brady and the Pats after being part of the 45-3 thrashing a month ago against those same Pats(in his defense he was injured.) Probably the most unique corner the NFL has ever seen. Strong, fast enough and just mauls receivers within the rules. Highest paid and worth every penny. Julius Peppers? #90. Mano-a- mano just dominates week in week out. Almost always sees a chip or double team. #43 Troy Palamlou? Wow! Lines up backfield, up with the front seven, on the D Line. Just every where and is productive. Safety hitter with corner speed. Scoop and score? Save the season? Whatever you want to call him. Just an incredible season for an incredible athlete.

But they all stand behind Clay Matthews who almost never makes a play without the DT taking two players the other way so he can get a sack? Huh? Fine if you want to use him but why does he stand in front. Fine if you want to use him, despite the year Collins and Woodson are having which by the way is incredible but why is he in front and so much bigger than every one else.

LaGarrette Blount and Josh Freeman are The Big Black Bucs in Co Black Beasts of NFL Week 16

I Love Blount, and if you read this space often you know that I consistently point out that he was struck by that white male Byron Hout first before he ever touched anyone. He was essentially banned from football for defending himself against a white male whom we all know said some very marvelous things and obviously crossed the line.

Kudos to the Tampa Bay Bucs for giving a wonderful Black Beast his shot. And I am proud to say that his epic performance did the damn do! Doin' his black head coach proud. 18 rushes 164 yards with 3 receptions for 44 yards and 2 touchdowns. That's over 200 yards! for this Black Beast!!!

And fellow Big Black Buc was not to be out done! He threw 3 more touchdowns and was 21 for 24 with a total of 237 yards. Wow! Just like you I can't wait to see these two Big Black Bucs next year! Congrats my brothers you are not only Big Black Bucs you are also the Black Beasts of the NFL week 16 for 2010 season.

Ah Man Vick, Tax'em Jackson in The Black Eagles, the Co Black Beasts of NFL Week 14 and 15

These cats are so amazing I decided they needed their own superhero names. I coach speed. Incredible speed. See it every week at my field. What I'm watching week in week out is wonderful with the Eagles. Black Beast of the year Vick is incredibly relaxed runnin' sprinter who has the most accurate and strongest arm in the league. Period. With a flick of the wrist, he throws it in the air 60 yards on a rope! Tax Dat Ass Jackson's runnin' 60m sprints on air after he catches the ball! On one Monday night Vick throws 60 yards off one leg with a flick of the wrist against the Skins to Tax Dat Ass in full stride for the score. Week 14, Tax Dat Ass catches a pass in the flat and sprints for 60m making every body look slow and he says he was at 60%? (the play above) Wow. And what's worse is you can see he was laboring, but still so much faster than every one else. I mean it's all very amazing. The effortless presentation of the marvelous...
And Cause every hero need a theme song....

I never listen to people who tote the team line as they throw cats unner the bus. It was great watching him lead drive after drive and glide through the Bills. 20 point win . Great. This was the most dominant game by a defensive line man this year. Hands down. It was just his sacks though those were quite impressive, but that he simply set the tempo for his team which is having a wonderful defensive year. He was the standard and bell wearer and has been this year. Some cats get soft when they get the dough, some cats ball out like there's no tomorrow. Every snap Peppers acts like its is last. Just wonderful to watch him. His stat line? Three sacks, 3 QB hits, 5 tackles, 1 assist. And lord was it wonderful to watch....

The Incomprable Michael Vick in "Vickesque": The 2010 Black Beast of the Year.

In the history of the NFL no man black nor white has ever done what Mike Vick did last monday night against the Redskins. It is incomparable by definition because there is nothing to compare it to. You can read the stat line as much as you like. And I'll set it apart for emphasis:

20-28, 333 yards, four TDs; 80 yards rushing including two touch downs.

Ask yourself who foresaw this. Few did. I was one period. I long called this Black Beast one of the greatest players to ever quarterback. I once saw training film of MV when he was coming out of college. He threw a ball into a moving plastic garbage while he was on full throttle 80 yards away.

Jordanesque I called him then.

After Monday, so are many others. And he is Black Beast of the Year, not simply because of his dominance, his utter incredible pure skill, his ability to make the incredible seem incredibly easy but because....

The Mchael Vick story is one of overcoming all of the worse that America's racism disguised as vitriol can throw at one black man and making America bow. It is an incredible story. One which we should tell our children to use the imagery of entertainment against them in our battle with them over it in which they have portrayed us so negatively for so long.

And make no mistake this is what we must remember as we start to use the words Vickesque; for indeed we shall.

Incomparable, Indefatigable. The human will. The Soul of the Black Beast within us all.

Surely this league will run from the truth and attempt to gloss over the facts. They will, in the end say nothing of his league leading passer rating. Say nothing of the many incredible plays which are sure to occur as he places his footprint upon The Commissioner Roger Goodell's memory, as he fills the Tea Party Carnivores' who feigned so much anger at the destruction of dogs who numbers paled beside the tons of animals killed nearly daily in the name of food for the populace. Surely there will much disclaimer about him being a changed man before they bow and crown him a great athlete and give the award to Peyton Manning or the white winner of the Superbowl, or some other golden boy. You may think me mad but I remember a wonderful season by Steve McNair in which he had to share the MVP.

But here at The Beast we do not turn from the truth.

Wow. And I do mean WOW. Four interceptions! My favorite was the second and last. On the second one he snatched it out the air with one hand, from behind him with out looking at it! School yard, Nike commercial like. Wow. On the fourth one he gave cushion and ran side ways the length of the route almost as fast as Johnny Knox who is a great receiver. Wow was this black beast on top of his game.

4 interceptions on great technique AND great receiver skills? Unheard of. Dion Sanders maybe....But Black Beast definitely. Congrats Brother Hall you are the Black Beast of the Week.

I mean the man passed out two concussions in one game. Rare? In today's NFL? Incredibly. Just a wonderful intimidating game by a defense which dares players to try to make a play. This places Harrison above Ray Ray for Most Feared player in the league. (And if you didn't know it Ray Ray's been bringin' a lotta pain since before the Eddie George whole shrinking testicles bit. If ever I saw one player take another player's whole game. That was it, until now.) Wow. Imagine havin' to look over at 92 now? And understand this, he's paid and doesn't have to do it like this. Call it durty if you wanna. But at these speeds? Who's to know where the helmet is landing? Who? And he ain't crazy. He don't wanna be paralyzed which he certainly knows could happen. He's simply just an incredible specimen of a football player being an Enforcer. The statement of power and will which weak ass teams like the Jags don't got. He a beast!

See this is the reason that the Black Beast exists. Brandon Graham had a serious game at outside linebacker/DE against the 49ers in Frisco. In a hostile environment, the rookie was an absolute terror and came with hell at his backside every time they sent him. But this man received no credit. It's why I do this Black Beast Blog. No where in mainstream media did they discuss his great game. I was amazed they dropped him back in coverage at times. It made no sense. They lined him up at MLB at other times. Huh? Maybe they restin' him I thought. Put him on the bench then. He was doin' his thing that night and had the play of the game. Strip sack as SF is drivin' for a fumble recovery 6! I sat there enjoying his domination of the LT all night and it was fitting that he came around on a stunt and the play fell to him to make. 2nd sack. Go ahead touch down and Brandon Graham justified his first round selection after he had been struggling the first quarter of the season. I think he was thinking too much. On Monday they took the tether off and let him do his thang more.....And did he?!! he did right up to the Black Black Beast of the Week.

2010 NFL Black Beast of Week 5 Offense: Stefan Logan

What this brother did was Amazing. 105 yard return. What is he 5'3"? 155lbs? I mean he flew the return coverage. Straight up the middle then down the sideline. Out accelerating the kicker who had the angle. I sat in the crib and said wow. Every return man ain't the same. And this cat was blazing fast. 4 flat, that's his 40 time.

But a return alone is not enough to make him the Black Beast of the week, not with all the other brothers' great performances last week. What made put him over the top was the very next play. I see him standing to the kickers left and he flies down the field ahead of every one. He gets to the wedge takes on #90 who looked to be about 6'4" 270-290 and then SHED THE BLOCK to make the tackle!!!!! Sure he was driven back but he made the tackle!! He got off the block. Wow!!! He didn't even come up to the D Lineman's shoulder!!! I was amazed by his conditioning, his courage, his skill level--quicks and speed--his huge black beast heart!!! Congrats Stepon Logan you are the Black Beast of the week!!!!

2010 NFL Black Beasts of Week 4: Giants Defense

There are nothing but black beasts on this defense which got 9 sacks in Monday's 17-3 defeat of the Bears. Usi and Jason were incredible. Gave Cutler a concussion. Not once but twice. QB Ear piece flying out. They should have yanked him long before half. He looked like Wild E Coyote after the anvil drop the whole second quarter.

Culter was no where near handling the game as an NFL starter let alone a man under fire by the time they let him out. Every body thought he simply was holding the ball too long. His brain was hazy since the beginning of the second quarter. It was wild. Just ugly to watch. This was entirely on the coaching staff of the Bears period.

But the credit goes to the D line and the smaller brothers on the Giants D. They did the work to get there. And it was beautiful to watch. Congrats Black Beasts of the Giants D, you are the Black Beasts of the week. And your performance was so good there will be no offensive Black Beast.

Lord was it wonderful watching this man fly. He returned a kick off not once but twice. two times in a row! Leon ran around and through to achieve the hardest thing to do in football, return a kick off!! 2x!!! Can I say that again? Should I?!

No seriously. It was such a pleasure and I've always loved this brother. I think it was a mistake for the Jets to give up on him. And I think He's shown that with these runs. It was wonderful. Period. Straight up the middle and out to the side for the first one 101 yards. Then a little closer to the sideline for the next for 99 yards. Wow. How hard is that!! There were so many candidates. I loved Charlie batch at the age of 80 throwing lazers for the Steelers, loved Vic spankin' the mess out the Pussy Cats...But this feat is so rare and since he was coming back from injury...It had to be him. Very little words for what this Black Beast did in the Steelers win over the Titans. He was simply incredible. The key to Chris Johnson's success has been his ability either using scheme or by his own athletisicm to beat his man, the middle linebacker.

Not on this day. Timmons was there every time it looked like CJ was gone, every time he thought he had an opening. Timmons avoided blocks, used his quicks, his play recognition. He hunted CJ down like CJ had just run through his family with an ax. It was subtle and only a real fan, coach of the game would appreciate it. But he was incredible! Congratulations #94 your the 2010 Defensive Black Beast of week 2.

There really wasn't a choice. Did you see Star Ship 7 doin' his thing? They couldn't stop him. Reminded me of watchin' him destroy my Panthers that Monday Night with the run in OT the length of the field. But what amazed me was his ability to stay in the pocket and throw lazers in the blow out of Detroit. He's a quarterback with an arm now, showing incredible accuracy and only taking off when he has to. Wow. Move over in the dictionary unstoppable, Mike Vick has arrived.

Wonderful to see this cat come all the way back. They are going to have to recognize him now. A starting NFL quarterback again? With all that to show. There is a God! And if he can win a superbowl?!!!

Actually, although I'm writing this after week two, and my apologies for those who waited, I know now he could be co-black beast for week 2. That doesn't make this award any less deserved. It just makes me slow and busy. Now this Black Beast is absolutely crushing it. In week 1 he absolutely shut down the Colts running game on his side of the line. Stretch. Nada. Sweep. Un-unh. Trap? Hell to the Naw.

The Jets just spent the summer just straight CLOWNING themselves on Hard Knocks. Racism openly falling out of closets, every where. But before we get there lets discuss the Racism filled coaches speak we heard on Hard Knocks and around the league all summer....

Now look at that word.... You know the word which is a free pass given by the coaching staff to ignore all kinds of things....The Denver Broncos drafted a poorly skilled position player in Tim Teabo very high primarily on the basis of "Intangibles." High intangibles.

NAME THE LAST BLACK BALLER DRAFTED IN TO THE NFL HIGH LOW OR OTHER WISE WHO WAS DRAFTED AND GIVEN MILLIONS GUARANTEED ON THE BASIS OF INTANGIBLES....

You won't find one. Hence the name Black Beast. You see a brother's gotta be twice as good, gotta be a greeeeeaaaaat athlete. Super strong or super fast. Intangibles. NOPE. Not gonna happen like the way of the white corner back in the NFL. There on the island you can't hide slower feet, hips and reaction. Your best athletes period. On the inside every where else on the field you can hide lesser ballers.

I can close my eyes and listen to white NFL coaches talk about ballers and know the race with out seeing or knowing the player.

You know what he is? He's a football player...means he's a slow white cat whose not necessarily slow or fast but hits occasionally if he can catch the play.

He just makes plays...Means he's a white cat they've given more reps to than a more talented(by definition) black player so that he could have more opportunity to show them they can cut the more talented black player because he can produce...

He's physical means he's even slower than the average white cat but lifts the house.

He's talented means he's a black guy we might cut if we can convince ourselves that we don't absolutely have to have him on the team to win....

I could go on but why bother. Lets take a look at the Jets obstenibly because the series Hard Knocks let us look into the NFL decision makers heads. And look this ain't about the Jets all the teams do it. They fill out their roster with coach's favorites and when white males are judging black males against it what we get...Danny Woodhead. Jim Lenard. Never did like Lenard. Just too short to play safety and the Ravens Monday absolutely exposed him without Revis out there so they could cover with the other saftey.

But it's all good. Cause this is the NFL Big Man Rex Ryan might have a love for the little white man or the obviously inferior white player but here's the thing about competitive team sports. Somethings you can hide and some you can't. I've always known about Jim Lenard's short comings but they my Jets. The whole league knows now. It's a wrap. Lenard's a liability. Period and everybody's throwing at him in the zero coverage, especially since the Jets have no Pace--lord they do miss him---and no Kris Jenkins. Wow. The front end is suffering and your back end features a short white safety....Hmmmmmm. And you wanna play man. Lenard on these 6'6' tight ends runnin' like thoroughbreds and you can't get pressure up front? To quote you Rex--fuck outta here...

And here's the thing, reality, competition has a way of knocking the shit outta racism. The Jets tried to keep Woodhead over Clowney and Chauncy Washington.(Kept Woodhead over Washington? Seriously Rex, Tanny? Over that straight Black Beast Washington? You CLOWNED YASELVES WIT THAT ONE.) Talked shit about Clowney behind his back. But after game 1 they realized that Woodhead at reciever in games was just white cats dreaming. They cut Woodhead and brought back the more talent potential filled player because they couldn't score.
And if you don't believe me I wrote that with out researching it on the net. Jes went out and got it:

Now I know, I know coaches wish they was always playing the 3s so they could keep the white players around but to quote a coach I know, and to so appropriately say it...

2010 NFL Black Beasts of Week: D Nabb, V Y, Josh Freeman, Michael Vick and Sam Bradford

Haters are gonna hate, but a baller's gonna ball....Tis the day of the black Quarterback in the NFL....

I tole a dude I know in Pro Football that the Rams were much improved and they had a real shot at beating the Rams. Well not exactly. I tole him bout some problems Zona had and their major weakness might stay hidden because of what the Rams do. Bottom line is I was on board the Tomahawk express. And No lie this Native Warrior is playing like one making lazer throws with incredible accuracy and quickness.... Ball bounced real funny there in the end zone on that fumble recovery for Arizona or they woulda won.

VY is back bayyyy-beeee and better than ever. That throw on the run whut 60 yards for a TD? how many in the league can do this. He ran the option, ran the boot, threw the pitch-toss sweep for a Juggernaut of a team. Wow. I think the Titans are even better than I thought they were. And I thought they had AFC championship game written all over them.

Josh Freeman threw the game winning touchdown in a tight game. Thought the Clowns had them there for a minute. But Josh stepped up despite the chipped thumb on the throwing hand!!! With the way the D played, he gives them NFC central title hopes. What poise and skill. He is a leader. Period. You see Broncos you can get SKILL....AND leadership. LOL!!! But if you didn't talk that shiii..I guess there wouldn't be a need for the Black Beast. (FUCK YOUR HIDDEN CODES--INTANGIBLES MY ASS.)

This Black Beast Michael Vick did the damn thing, but a contact in big time D1 ball says he'll lose his spot to Kolb when Kolb comes back from the concussion. Well to quote some fool...Haters gonna hate, but a Baller's gonna ball. Period and Vick proved that. I Hope he doesn't loose his spot, but then if he didn't there wouldn't be a need for the Black Beast. Any team willing to give up a franchise QB in his prime well lets jes say its interesting to say the least...

And speaking of that franchise Quarterback, DNabb was DNice against Little D. Efficiently and with a big arm and poise lead the team to a victory. The way the D is playing, Philly could look pretty dumb from the NFC east cellar up at Washington in first place by the end of the season.

The Beast Exposed: The Agenda and the all white offensive line

You know when a league is 65-70% black. The whitest team is the Patriots. The team with the highest number of starting white players on Offensive? Patriots. Defensively, even the Patriots have a high number of black players on the starting Defense, ostensibly because a poorer player can't be hidden on defense where it takes great reflexes, speed and strength to react in the game rather than following a blue print or instructions as on the offensive side of the ball.

But that is rather too technical. You know often in investigating blue collar crimes criminals arouse suspicion because the statistical variance is shot out the window. Like what's the odds that everyone trades so much of one stock so the price goes down so that you are there to buy it cheap only to have the price fly up the next day? Red flags go off. Or the same reported credit card anomalies are reported after the card is used at a particular restaurant. Odds are there's a criminal there.

Well there's one place in even the fast NFL game where you can hide a lesser athlete...drum roll?
The Offensive line.

Because of the job, blocking, an added edge knowing the snap count, help from each other and the TE and back, a lesser athletically gifted performer can and often does excel in this unit.

So is it a wonder that we find this position populated by....very well compensated white men?
Hmmm. I don't care what anyone says a white man would rather or does feel more comfortable paying a white man. Period. And if it's a black man he has to be there's always just a bit of jealously or reticence which is usually passed on to other black man to a transaction in which the white male has leverage, every thing else is just business.

Look if the league is 60-70% black but 65-70% of your offense, where lesser gifted athletes can be hidden, Patriots* and perhaps the Vikings who seem to be predominantly white except for All Pro Mckinney then guess what there's an agenda. If you go out of your way to find Vollemer, with his heavy feet and over extension tendencies, then you got an agenda. Period. Then we have the wonderful white slot receiver. Welker--whom I love by the way. And Camarillo who doesn't impress me for the Vikes...you got an agenda. Oh I see you just happen to have an all white line AND a white slot receiver. And only these teams with an all white O Line seem to find the white slot, the white full back and one even has the audacity to find/call the full back Gerhart a tailback.(won't past the line with regularity against the ones in outside plays like a tailback should period.)

Agenda. And it was this agenda which had the NFL backing the Mahfuckers--(Patriots) during their runs. And by backing I mean the Tuck call, the failure to take away the trophies or otherwise discipline the Cheatriots, and every fake well timed holding call which always stalled opponents' drives during their run. (Lord it was soooooo predictable in every AFC championship, in every superbowl. Holding and punt to Pats as commentators say words to effect not exactly)

I'm waiting on the white corner. Never ever, ever, ever,ever,ever,ever,ever and I mean it will absolutely never happen.

Agenda. Period. And I hope the Black Beasts on the NFL's D Lines continue to exploit that agenda.

I was right about Webb who looks to be the heir apparent to farve in Minny. Lord he looks like a young Randall Cunningham!!! with a throw first mentality. Throwing lasers, darts! Wow was I happy to watch it.(The only draw back was having to listen to Mr. Are You Kidding Me the Great White Hyper Mike Mayock about Tobie Gerhart. I guarantee you his feet won't be NFL tailback in the season. He ain't makin' a linebacker miss. Period. Minny's lucky if they drafted Mike Alsott. Which they didn't. Full back period. Short yardage. Slower than elite and average NFL speed...

On the other hand Tea-bow was as bad as I said he was going to be. Watched the final preseason joint and lord were his weaknesses on display. Tried to throw the out and I said it right as it was picked off--picked 6! goin' the other way!!!! Run son! I screamed. Hilarious!!! I can't wait till they start this fool!!!! Wow how idiotic. It is a difficult spiritual lesson but it is truth...Just because the numbers are larger does not mean there is no discrimination. To do otherwise is simply to objectify those individuals, yet again. No one asks for sympathy, what is sought is equal treatment. Allow them to be treated unequally and this attitude only "trickles down" to every strata of society. Your boss who accepts it as fine that there is inequality in NFL contracts, lets say, will only believe the same is fine in your contract...Unnerstand?

I understand it and love her misconception that Pro Athletes get paid a minimum. It is difficult to see why racism toward millionaires would be worthy of a blog, of my time. Understand it this way, it's not just the Klan at home teaching Little Johnny how to think that you have to worry about any more, but the talking heads and the General Managers telling them and showing them how it's gonna be to use updated phraseology as well.

Yes there's a risk that the balla might not be the guy in three years, so shouldn't he jes be paid for the three he will be? Tell him to break another generational record to get a major contract and you're playing that game. Another week, more pressures, sack, tackles...Just doin' his thing. 3 games played in Arena and he's got 3 sacks, a 50 yard full field TD fumble return, mad pressures, countless sheds, and more double teams faced than you can shake a stick at. Not to mention about 15 tackles from DLINE.

Man's destined for stardom. He keeps doin' and jumpin' off film. Explosion and power as he brings the pain. Just an intense baller whom every NFL D needs. He ups the intensity of every D Line he plays on, no matter the level. Several teams could have used him in the playoffs last year as a response to those assailants playing for the Saints. You have to know how to hit explosively, projecting through the man. Your entire body hitting like a....what? Six inch punch...like a Brick!!!!! Using Hawk Martial Art! Canada's interested in film. NFL?????

Couldn't have been better if I had wrote the script myself. Head Coach tells Brick on the phone, we'll bring you in work you out. If we like what we see we'll sign you. They set him up in a hotel, he waits for 2 days. He hits the field and coach says I just want you to get to the quaterback.

Padded practice. Brick does his thing. Quarterback screaming where you comin' from. Brick jes smiles each time. He's doin' every thing I taught him and every thing he knows. They can't stop him. TFLs, Sacks. Coach screaming at the OLine. Bricks flyin' through 'em like a Hawk!!!

After practice coach tells him what else can you play? We'll see if you make the active roster...Hmm. I ask Brick did he say that in front of every one? Yeah he says. Know what happened immediately. Team chemistry.

Next night of practice Brick shows out and takes over they can't stop him. Brick meetin' the ball at the QB before he can take a step throwin' up that world famous bang bang get off like a Hawk. The spontaneous acceleration I teach. Same results as night before only a little more intense. He's probably at gear 3 out of 4.

Arena 1 scout asks him after practice how much he weighs 275 he says. Scout says good, you're pretty mobile out there.

He signs his contract and is told by the HC he's starting at right DE!!!

Arena 1 and NFLN or betta is next Sun!!!!! I can't wait to see Hawk my martial art practiced in the NFL. They won't know what hit them.

The Back End: Taylor Mays and Pete Carroll, Josh McDaniels and Tim Tebow In It’s Only Business As Racism Is On Display In The NFL Draft

I love you Taylor Mays cause you a Black Beast. And this morning I’m quite sure you understand what that means. And I can say I love you and feel your pain but you gotta remember this and what happened.
Fucked then. Then fucked again on Thursday night.
It was business to Carroll then when he needed you to stay and talked you out of taking millions by getting you stay. It was business to Carroll when he needed to you to stay. And it was business when he didn’t draft you although you had stayed for him. Don’t blame your self, though I understand the pain and I must say not every body learns a 20 million plus lesson about racism in one day. It’s a lot to take. Blame him.You went to him as a loved and trusted adviser but what you didn’t understand was that he was a powerful self interested white male and you were no more than a Black Beast of muscle and sinew bid win or lose for him. I know this hurts to face, but had you been more, had Pete Carroll been more of a man and valued what he had done to you or what you had done for him, knowing if he didn’t take you, then you would slide out of millions of Dollars, then he would taken HIS GUY. But you were never his guy. You were a Black Beast to be used, nothing more, nothing less.
Let me pause here, because I’m sure our audience is wondering how is this racism. I must give this context.
By now every body knows the story. Pete Carrol tells him last year comeback it won’t affect your draft status. Cool. Only problem is last year he had top 10 hype because of the Black Beast work he put in. Year starts. USC’s shit is weak. White Male Carroll needs Black Beast Taylor to play center field and erase mistakes by others. Wonderful, if you’re in the league and ya name is Bob Sanders. Fucked up if you’re Taylor Mays and playin’ center field takes away from your play making.
Wow. Let me first say this. I advise every one to take the money and run. Don’t ever play four years if you don’t have to. Only in an exploitative system would white males say this. Would they say this to a group of white males? A resounding no!!! You see that’s the racism. It don’t matter. Niggahs don’t need money. They get too much of it anyway. So many of them of Pro Athletes. But white males would always rather give white males the money. Doubt me? Really? How many times you see the white male bring a black friend aboard for a job? It’s the same issue.
See that’s what I’m talking about. That’s the code, the encoding, the truth behind the great white hype. The need to help other white folk be successful because it aids the white collective of which the decision makers are a part. Sociologist once said there’s no racism only soccer sense due to an experiment where colored soccer players kicked to other soccer players more often than to white player as the white soccer players kicked to other white soccer players more often than to colored players. Yeah. Understand?
Break it down a little and apply it. Carroll wasn’t being racist he simply was kicking the ball where it was supposed to go to more efficiently bring about a winner for his boss the white owner of the Seahawks. Or Josh Lil’ Hitler McDaniels wasn’t being racist in over drafting a weak ass quarterback into millions of dollars he was just working with a comfortable situation in Bill Belichek and Urban Myer Coach of Florida recommending Tebow.

These two got together and made sure the great white hyped weak armed QB would get drafted high.

As an aside this is how I now see this as going down. Urban’s getting heat for failing to prepare Tebow for the league. And lord there was a lot of heat because he threw the ball so poorly.(as an aside to the aside, Coach Carroll isn’t taking any heat for failing to prepare and or play Taylor Mays so that he gets drafted high–the White men merely want to say we don’t know that’s the reason he slid. Bullshit the black man says.) So Urban calls up his good ole boy Belicheck and tells him I need some help with this and he has to go very high. I can’t do it, Belicheck says and gives him some excuse but the real reason he can’t is because Belicheck knows Tebows crap on a toasted Bunn. So Belichek picked up the phone and calls all of his disciples or cut buddies. Scott Pioli probably laughed at him. Bill Parcells laughed at him AND said fuck you, jes because…and even if I don’t owe you one here’s another fuck you for even thinking it. Then the call fell to Little Boy Josh who owes Belichek the world. And besides its for a white male. Behind the scenes the Belichek and Urban Meyer are empowered, running from or sense urgency because of public backlash against a system which and a coach who would use a white male for the glory of a school and the coach’s job but not help the player reap deserved rewards after by becoming a first round contender.
Always remember they, the public nor the coaches, wouldn’t do this for a black male no matter the position. A black male gets fucked and no one cares. Taylor Mays is exhibit A. And if I sound repetitive I am. See they the white men in power and the vocal white masses can understand the need of white folk to make all that money but simply don’t see it as necessary for a black man to get paid. They pump up a weak armed quarterback Tebow who wouldn’t even make it in Arena so that he gets his money…
But the brother who was going to be a first rounder slips cause he did what the coach who absolutely used him like a cheap ho tole em to do? We went in another direction. It was business. We had to take Earl Thomas. Pete Carroll says. Jim Mora Jr., whom I’ve never liked and hope he never gets another NFL job, says on NFLN that Taylor Mays should have kept his mouth shut?!

This cat here shoulda kept his mouth shut instead of trying to tell Taylor Mays to keep his mouth shut. Men don't come between other men and money. That, in this instance, is quintessential racism

How dare Mora come between a man and his money. That’s right Taylor’s a black man and never had a right to that money. NFLN commentator Tommy Waddell says it’s just business. Pete Carroll’s job is to win games as coach as USC, not get him ready for the NFL. Huh? I’ll grant you that Tommy I’m not racist it’s just business Waddell but it’s not just business to Taylor Mays whose Black Beast qualities helped make USC millions of dollars in return for a paltry scholarship. Mays is a student athlete at the time in a trusting, vulnerable position. Yes he should have seen that Pete Carroll had a conflict of interest but he was the less business savy and it was no job for him. The proper thing for Carroll to say would have been I have a conflict of interest and can’t advise you. But he didn’t because he didn’t care. Pete Carroll only cared about himself.
Taylor Mays is only a Black Beast. And this was only business after all.
Fucked then. And fucked again.
And with all due respect to Tommy I’m not racist Waddell, who says make it up on the back end, Black Beast Taylor Mays can never make back the money he missed because of slidding. It’s the way NFL contracts are right. Start with 20 mill and all the interest. Add to that the endorsement deals and so much more. Shure he can get a larger contract on his next one but he can never go back and make the money he missed. Think of it this way, he gets a thirty mill contract and balls out then gets the even bigger contract next time. Unnerstand?
Not to even mention you’re now one knee injury away from never seeing that guaranteed money, but Tim Teabow ain’t.
It’s just astronomically unbelievable that these white men would tell these lies out of school. But its just not caring about a young brother who didn’t belong to the club of white.
And young brother I don’t often do this but let me speak directly to you. For them it’s a club and they care about each other’s life. You could be the Draft/game plan/ player whisperer, quietly tweaking a team’s performance with well placed words–telling a cat how to do the blitz to help a player becomes a pro bowler, give up subtle info on draft choices who are under performing and instantly make them better, even give him the game plan to beat a team in the play offs which blew out his team only the week before, but they don’t see a need for you to get paid as they count play off game money and generally bask in glory of the profession and they still don’t feel a need to support your player(s) who deserve a shot or give you a muthafuckin’ dime despite being broke and not needing but deserving more than a dollar.
I could go on but jes let me say…They’re your friends when they need you and want you to sacrifice for them, give them the benefit of all your hard work for free and it’s just business when they fuck you. That’s what the NFL means.
Now you can only blame it on yourself. You listened to a white man who manipulated you for his own benefit and then when it came time to pay the check he did what they do so well and didn’t. There is no battle cry here no smart ending. I only pass out tips and evaluations which help make careers, which have helped win playoff games and never got a dollar and lord I need and I’m hurt if I allow myself to be, which I don’t. I couldn’t imagine losing first round money. Millions. With a due respect to the little fat white man on NFLN Mike Lombardi who said it doesn’t matter anymore go out and play and prove you’re that kind of player, you already have and he’s truly a fat little white man for saying it.

Wow! The Best NFL Draft through round 3

The Carolina Panthers just drafted the 1A quarterback of the 2010 NFL draft in Jimmy Clausen and the man who could mandate the wild cat as a staple in the NFL game Armanti Edwards from Appalachian St.

Wow. Wow. Wow. It's all right there before the Panthers. Clausen could start. Armanti throws more fire into the offense. Clausen will be great. Mark it down. It's who the Pussies shoulda drafted at 10. Throw a receiver under a bus and that's grounds for droppin'? But you Cats treat people like shiii at the drop of a dime? What bull shiiit. I got one rule. As long as they ain't comittin' a crime and are respectful in their human interactions pay 'em and make me happy on my couch on Sunday. And since I'm here in Carolina, I like to watch the Panthers though I watch every last snap of every game thanks to NFLN and the short cuts.

He's #98. Working all over the Defensive Line. Coaches slowed his get off so as to not risk off sides and asked him to play his responsibilities first--containment of a running qb. But here you still see him gettin' in the pressures, run stopping etc. Want to see what what any one clip demonstrates run the cursor across the bottom of the film and click on the one you wish. He's moving to the Wa Venom starting the 19th.

The Venom Coach told him he's heard incredible things and he simply wants him to get the qb. Lets hope so. He can do more of the things I taught him like you see in this film the modified Reggie White move I call the Wheel where he twists the tackle like a pretzel and dumps him cause a moving man is always off balance a martial artist just knows when and how....Told you he'd have a million moves. Martial Art Instructor seeks help for student. All 32 teams should be interested, but only 31 would probably be as I'm sure the Jaguars will not be. You see this student can actually get to the QB. He appeared at an arena combine and every team wanted to sign him.

Seriously though, I know many people in the NFL read this blog and I thank you. I just want to introduce or reintroduce you to a serious NFL prospect with all the superlatives. He's ballin' for The Ogden Knights in Arena and his games will be on the web every sat. night this spring. As the spring progresses clips can be sent to you. Call his coaches. They'll tell you what an athlete he is. Extreme get off. Incredible strong. An abundance of effective moves.Motor.Serious intensity.
He's my student and should be in the NFL. Again that's 280lbs, intensity, extreme agility and quickness. Incredibly flexible hips, and a plethora of moves. CAN GET TO THE QB at any level.

So there he was. Brodrick Brick Johnson is Sleep in his hotel room. After a long bus ride from the game.Playing DE against a 6'7" cat. 4 tackles, multiple pressures, one almost sack--hit the QB right after he got rid of it--on one and two step drops!!!! In only one quarter worth of action!!!! In one arena quarter?!!! Told you he was a Black Beast!!!!

But here's the best. He did my favorite move to teach. What I call the Okie Doke or chair. Hard up field, back in, then up. The huge tackle did a 360 lookin' for Brick and was kick slidin' on air before he realized Brick was behind him...Brick had changed directions faster than he could turn his head! Brick hit the shiiii out of the QB.

During the game the coach is screaming that the D Line's not getting pressure. I talked to Brick while he was on the bus and he was a little upset. He said he was in the back field on every snap.

I said don't worry about it. I knew my boy and what he could do. I knew when the coach saw the tape...

Jump switch. Back to the beginning of this post. Brick's laying there. Coach knocks on the door at 8 am. Brick thought he was gettin' cut that the Turk had come to his door step. How? I don't know. But Brick truly is humble...

Suddenly the D coach is apologizing. Seems he finally got to see the game film.

Brick said he launched into superlatives. You played a great damn game etc. Kept contain. Played the run.

I knew when Brick told me the coach screamed at them, he couldn't see Brick. Cause that ain't him.

A great game? Just the beginning cause he told Brick he could do what he knew after he tried what they want him to do. And you know what he knows? Hawk. it's what made the huge tackle do a 360....

Cause that's what was on display at the NFL Combine in Indy when Taylor Mays ran the 40 at an unofficial 4.24 but was given an official 4.43 and NFLN cameras showed him running faster than another brother who had an official faster time using super imposed camera work. And before I get to the meat of this post lemme jes say this ever since I got Tivo I been timin' cats in my livin' room. Testin' the finger. Testin' the timers. The results?

Oh it's all so, so, so, ghetto.

And I'm tellin' you now Cats who ball call it political when a better performance usually by a black beast is ignored or otherwise changed. In the years that I been doin' this you I've found one thing is true. Guess whose times are usually close to the reported "fast" Official NFL times or faster than my "slow" time? If you said white folks are often faster than my watch, go to the head of the Black Beast class. And guess whose very fast time is actually reported as slower by the Official NFL times like Taylor Mays?

My student Baby Superstar Rival.com Ultimate 100 performer showcase round went to a combine for high school ballers and beat everyone in his heat.(they run the athletes against each other) Know what happened? His official 40 time was slower than the boys he beat. He blew 'em away and they were given a 4.5. He got a 4.7.

Huh?!

Oh I've seen so much scout shadyness it's a damn shame. Look around the page, you'll see it. I've watched my athlete run a 4.6 to be told it was a 4.9 and a 4.5 was a 4.8. I've watched him jump 36 and be told it was 26. I actually watched my athlete fully out jump the tape.

Look bottom line, if you trying to quantify and qualify something you have to be exact. And this is the problem exactly.See a 4.4 is sooooooo much different than a 4.2 it ain't even funny. If you run track or time. You know this. To the naked eye!!!

Every body has seen the tape of Taylor Mays' rob job 40, but what I wanna see is the tape of those so called fast white 40s semi imposed over Taylor Mays. You say Conner Baldwin ran a 4.69? Put it up next to Taylor Mays or next to another Black Beast's 4.69, they should be close right NFL Network.

See where I'm going with this. Look the point is White cats run faster according to NFL official watches, faster than Black Beasts who actually run that time. I'm in the rest clocking cats. And I seen it wit my own two. It's a hobby I have. And if you wanna say that my hand time is off.

Som NFL combine white kid ran an official 4.6 right after a brother ran a 4.9 faster than the 4.6 to my naked eye which is probably more accurate than your official timer. Bullshit! I screamed up in the rest disturbing my peace. And sho nuff the rest of the day White cats was runnin' some interesting times as I was startin' to see the truth in the lies.

This is the 40 so prized among races by the most lucrative professional team sport second only to basketball. Huge money is at stake and it seems to me that White Cats is gettin' cut a break by White cats over and above better Black athletes. (Predominately white scouts, coaches, owners you know a White run league?). Know what we call that at the Black Beast?

Uh huh. Racism.

And for the doubters and race card fools out there ask yourselves, if a multi billion dollar sport truly wants to have exact timing why doesn't it use the world class Olympic standard FAT system? If it's good enough for track times which sets world record speeds why not for the NFL? Stop tellin' time with a damn sundial. It only opens you up to attack NFL scouts. It would be more game like. Start on a sound or other stimulus which is electronically connected to a timer.

Hmmmmmmm.....Take the human (White or White influenced) element out of this with all that money on the line? I know. I know. This is the NFL.

And that is why the Black Beast is watching and calling a spade a muthafuckin' spade. No pun intended but more than yo' slip was showin' when Taylor Mays was Black Beasted. Fix it. It's about time. Elite Pro Football Combines ,Roger Goodell, and the NFL: my problems, my experience; Or the stench of Racism in the NFL scouting game

This is just a post I promised to do as the Please scout me season starts. That's where thousands of young black males pay white men mucho money to scout them every year and report scores in the hopes of making their dreams come true. Good coin to these work a day men thrown down the drain and they're better off at the slots or the lotto counter. And it has nothing to do with talent for the incredible number who are talented enough and every thing to do with the shady game of scouting and money...

I've had a bad experience with false scores with Elite Pro Football Combine(see my series of posts on Aim Fitness and European Football league Scouting for my issues with WSS) In the case of Elite I believe it's their grading system which means that they really can't showcase all the athletes who make the grade because of the shear numbers of them, but if they raised the bar, then less would pay so they fudge the numbers. In other words, you'll do great, but they some how blow the times and you don't make their cut for their show case round in Indy in front NFL Scouts.(One of my athletes reported he wasn't allowed to warm up for the bench! And this came from several athletes I didn't know! Right after the event.) See they have to promise a show case to get every one to pay but there are so many wonderful ballers out there they can't accommodate them all. (I even witnessed the athletes being over warmed up and then the 40s were INTO THE WIND 2X-protocol is one in either direction. I heard stop watches going off long after athletes had passed the line) I debated going to the AG of every state the do business in!

Remember the point is to keep you coming back in these "Scout me" events. After the left hand lovin' they gave my athletes last year, they sent them another request to come out.Come run a 4.6 and we'll call it a 4.9?! AND TAKE YOUR MONEY? To quote Spike Lee in the Do The Right Thing. Hell No! Now the NFL ought to be ashamed for their involvement. They want to be involved in this type of thing, then run it and give the proceeds to charity, as way to give back to the community.

If you a balla, I ain't tellin' you not to go, I'm tellin' you just remember if scouting you is about their money then its in their interest to keep you coming back. Cause you coming back...well...is how they get paid.

And finally why is this racism? I saw hundreds of athletes. 1 white male when I went to the event. The rest were overwhelmingly Black males. Black people. It means, sadly, that Elite can keep this three card monty up forever and the NFL good ole boy mostly white male scouts will keep going to the showcase round and no one will ever change jack. Who cares about the black male at the hamster wheel combine? (Keep you spinning in place and paying them cause you dreaming with either no hope or hope snatched from you--again just go to an Arena or Canadian combine if you serious...) Goodell do you care?

I do and that's why the Black Beast is on it. Period.
*Yes Elite did change my athlete's scoring but noted that they were their agent's scores. And even told me that they'd change the scores but it didn't mean they'd get picked up. I'm sho' they saw to that.

Chris Johnson: Hawk Black Beast of the 2009 NFL Season. Offense

Coming out of college, Chris You ain't stoppin' this mutha...Johnson was one of my top rated backs. I remember watchin' the NFL network's show on top backs with the usual hype and Chris didn't make it. Huh? Maybe I jes should get usedta the fact that the people who can scout don't always get paid for it.

Still one of the most satisfying things for me is knowing my number one rule in evaluating talent works. It multiple part but it is one rule. Take the most important aspect of their game and see if they perform well at it in every part of their game.

For a RB its speed. Game like speed. Do they run fast in out the blocks? And did they run fast the same way at their work out? Or do they run like a sprinter then like a football player when they on the field. There are technique issues which separate the two. And you need a trained eye to see it or have to know it.

I luved all the Chris Float Float Float On Johnson highlights leading up to the draft, besides having watched some ECU games. When he ran his 40 with the exact same style that he ran the rock in college.(Happens to be close to the way I teach it in Hawk. Look at the highlights of Brodrick Brick Johnson. See any similarities. It's why Brick's game speed is so fast.) I was done. Amped!

Look at him here at the NFL combine in Indy. He looks just like he did in pads this year and last and he's bbbbbblazin'. Is it any wonder he broke records and sits in rarefied air? Chris 2006 yards Johnson congrats, you are the Hawk Black Beast of the 2009 NFL season, Offense. Wear the mantle well. You deserve it.
